Golden Banana Rolls
Ingredients:
- 6 pc ripe saba banana, peeled
- 12 pc lumpia wrappers, each piece cut into 2
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 pc pandan leaves
- 1 can (234 g) DEL MONTE Pineapple Chunks
- 1/4 cup margarine
Cooking Procedures:
- Slice each banana lengthwise into
- Wrap each slice in lumpia wrapper and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Set aside.
- Mix sugar, 1 cup water and pandan leaves. Cook for 20 minutes. Add DEL MONTE Pineapple Chunks and simmer uncovered until thick.
- Add margarine and pour over fried banana rolls just before serving.
