Basic Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pork
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • green mangoes
  • soy sauce
  • salt

Cooking Methods

  • Cut the pork, part kasim (pork shoulder) and part liempo (pork belly), into cubes.
  • Pare the green mangoes and cut the meat into strips.
  • Cook the pork with the rest of the ingredients until pork is tender, the green mangoes mushy and the sauce thick.
