Creamy Tuna and Mushroom Pasta
- 1 pack (175 g) DEL MONTE Spaghetti Merienda Pack, cooked (reserve 3 tbsp pasta broth)
- 1 pouch (200 g) DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce
- 1/3 cup (67 g) canned sliced mushroom
- 1 tbsp (15 g) butter
Cooking Methods:
- SAUTE mushrooms in butter for 1 minute. Add DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce. Cover and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.
- ADD tuna chunks, pasta broth and cheese. Heat thoroughly.
- POUR over cooked pasta. Top with extra cheese if desired.
