Shrimp With Curry
Ingredients
1/2 Lbs of Shrimp
1 1/2 Can coconut milk
2 Cloves garlic
1 Tablespoon curry powder
1/2 Can of coconut cream
1 Medium size of onion
Cooking Methods
Clean the shrimp take all the legs and antennae.
Heat oil in a large pan over in a medium-high heat.
Sauté garlic and onion until wilt.
Pour the coconut milk, keep stirring until it boils.
Season with salt and add curry powder.
Add shrimp and until cooked
Add the coconut cream, keep stirring until cream thickens.
Cooking Tips
Spoon half a cup of thick cream at the top of can coconut milk, before stirring.
Using curry paste,sauté the paste with garlic and onion.
Before serving, decorate with green onion and fresh cilantro.
Sambal Balado
Ingredients :
10 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced thin
3 tbsp red hot chili paste
7 tbsp peanut or corn oil
1 cup thinly sliced onions
2 lbs beef round steak or boneless chuck
1 cup cubed ripe tomatoes
2 cups water
Salt to taste
Cooking Methods :
Place beef in water then bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Drain water, cool beef, and slice as you want
Add beef slices and fry for 5 minutes, separate and set aside.
Fry onions and garlic for 3 minutes then add chili paste, salt, and tomatoes.
Cook for 5 minutes then add beef and frizzle for 5 minutes.
